ELIZABETH HENNING

Elizabeth hails from Wilcox, Arizona where she raises the Springfield Oaks Saanen herd. Now in it's 47th year, the herd features multiple generations of Grand Champions and star milkers as well as multiple generations of both does and bucks scoring Excellent. She's worked as a senior judge and appraiser for many years and has served as an ADGA executive officer and on the Genetic Advancement and History Committees.

TODD BIDDLE

Todd has been a licensed dairy goat judge for nearly 35 years and has judged youth events and breed classes at past ADGA National Shows and was a 2026 Nationals judge. He and his family maintain Saanen dairy goats on their farm in Boalsburg, Pennsylvania, where the OHF and Royal Colors herds both earned Herd of Distinction status in 2021. Todd is also an agriculture teacher and is currently serving his first year on the ADGA Board of Directors.

JAY RUDOLPH

Jay comes to us from Renwick, Iowa where he owns and operates Rudy Valley Farm, breeding excellent quality show animals with heavy milk production for more than 40 years. They focus on Saanen and experimental lines. He serves as a licensed judge and is involved in regional events. When not judging, Jay is a preacher and works in radio broadcasting, hosting The Plumb Line, a nationally-syndicated podcast.

GARRETT MOORSE

Garrett operates Moorse Goats in Minneota, Minnesota, raising Alpine, LaMancha, Saanen, Nubian, and Recorded Grade dairy goats. In 2025, they had the Reserve Junior National Champion Saanen. The herd is on DHIA testing and participates in linear appraisal. He enjoys judging shows locally and around the country.
